As Mother Earth reaches her fullest expression during the Summer Solstice and the gardens burst with color, we gather in circle to explore what is blooming within us.

Let’s be honest… the world is a wild place.

We’re overstimulated, overthinking, holding all these responsibilities, and most of us are just trying to keep it together.

This women’s circle is like a reset button for yourself.
Because you finally get to put everything down for an afternoon.
And tap back into your natural rhythm.

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, grounded space where you can exhale and fully land.

We slow everything down first ~ so you can actually arrive in your body, not just your mind.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll move through a nourishing flow:

♥︎ Gentle movement to get back into your body
♥︎ Group sharing & connection activity
♥︎ Flower crown making

This circle is for anyone who identifies as a woman, or wants to embody more feminine energy, who is craving deeper connection… with herself, and with other women walking their own path of healing and becoming.

Yoga mat, pillow/cushion to sit on, blanket, water bottle
