With a Master’s degree in Communication, I teach communication at a local community college, along with 7+ years immersed in entrepreneurship, marketing, branding, web design, and creating digital products, courses, memberships, and more. I blend grounded, practical strategy with intuitive guidance and taking inspired action.

My own transformation unfolded through burnout, loneliness, and a loss of identity that led me back to my authentic essence.

Along the way, I’ve drawn from meditation, energy work, breathwork, yoga, astrology, TCM, Ayurveda, and other ancient traditions alongside insights from modern psychology.

I love helping people deeper understand the intricate dance of energy and how our mindset, emotional patterns, beliefs, intentions, and lived experiences shape your reality.

But I also know that growth isn't always graceful. There are seasons of uncertainty, grief, resistance, heartbreak, and starting over.
