Grounding and embodiment practices woven throughout the retreat to support nervous system regulation, creativity, clarity, emotional release, intuitive development, and deeper connection with yourself.
All Your Nourishing Meals Included
Enjoy thoughtfully prepared, nourishing meals throughout the weekend designed to support your energy, grounding, and overall wellbeing. Meals are mostly plant-based, with vegan options available if desired. Water, coffee, and tea are provided. We recommend bringing any supplemental food you may want, and there’s room in the fridge to store any personal food items or drinks.
Overnight Accommodations & Lodging
Our home for the weekend is at a secluded 11-acre private group camp surrounded by trees in Versailles, Indiana.
Shared lodging in rustic-style cabins (think summer camp vibes) are available. Each cabin has about 8 twin beds. You bring all your bedding and comfort.
Please note, that the cabins are set back among the trees and requires hauling your stuff from the unloading area. The retreat grounds are very rugged with lots of hills so we recommend using a wagon (or use one of ours). The bathhouse is a short walk from the cabins, with bathrooms and showers.
Or you’re welcome to stay nearby with more homely comforts. There are a few local Airbnbs and The Tanglewood, a boutique hotel in downtown Versailles, and just 5 minutes away from the retreat property.

Yes, all of your nourishing meals are included with the retreat.
Our retreat menu will be vegetarian, mostly plant-based (with vegan options available).
We will have plenty of leftovers everyday that you are welcome to enjoy at any time.
We recommend bringing any additional food to supplement your diet, such as nuts/trail mix, meat sticks or jerky, protein bars, or any other personal staples.
There is a fridge specifically for retreat guests to use during your stay.

Anyone who identifies as a woman over the age of 18 is welcome to join us. Women of all ages attend, with most of them being anywhere from 30 - 60 years old.

Yes, Illuminate Your Impact Retreat is an alcohol-free space. Our intention is to maintain a safe, supportive, and transformative environment for everyone.
You are welcome to any personal herbal practices; we just ask to enjoy in a respectful, intentional way.

Yes, there is cell service on the retreat property. There is no WiFi though. Although, our intention for this retreat is to unplug as much as you can. ;)
