The Universe Within Retreat Agreement

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking of the The Universe Within Astrology Retreat at a private building in New Liberty, Indiana. Please read them carefully as you agree with them by booking a retreat spot.

By registering for The Universe Within Retreat, the Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Retreat Overview

Retreat Name: The Universe Within Retreat
Host: Amber Hudson, Amber Waves Creative LLC
Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New Liberty, Indiana
(Full address will be provided after registration)

The Universe Within Retreat is a one-day immersive experience designed to support self-exploration, reflection, and personal insight through astrology, somatic practices, and group connection.

Retreat experiences may include, but are not limited to:

• Astrology workshops
• Cacao circle
• Gentle yoga or movement
• Breathwork and meditation
• Sound healing journey
• Journaling and reflection
• Group sharing and discussion

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

Payment Terms

The total retreat investment is: $188 per participant

To reserve a retreat spot:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at registration.
• The remaining balance of $138 must be paid no later than one (1) week prior to the retreat date.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the reserved retreat spot.

Cancellation Policy

Because retreat spaces are limited and preparation begins well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Participant Cancellation

If the participant cancels:

• More than 7 days before the retreat — any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future offering at the Host’s discretion.
• Within 7 days of the retreat — payments are non-refundable.

However, participants may transfer their spot to another person with prior approval from the Host.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation

Amber Waves Creative LLC reserves the right to:

• Make reasonable adjustments to retreat schedule or activities
• Change facilitators if necessary
• Cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances

Examples may include but are not limited to:

• severe weather
• illness
• venue issues
• emergencies beyond the host’s control

If the retreat is cancelled by the Host, participants will receive:

• A full refund of all payments made, or
• The option to transfer to a future retreat

Health & Personal Responsibility

By attending this retreat, the participant acknowledges:

• They are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
• They will participate within their own personal limits.

Retreat activities may involve:

• gentle movement or yoga
• breathwork
• meditation
• sound healing
• emotional reflection or group sharing

Participants agree to notify the host of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to the retreat.

The retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

Participants should consult a qualified professional if they have concerns about participating.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the retreat, the participant understands and agrees that:

Participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical movement, emotional experiences, group interaction, travel to and from the retreat location

The participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases and holds harmless:

Amber Hudson
Retreat facilitators
Venue owners

from any liability, injury, loss, or damages that may arise from participation.

Respectful Community Agreement

This retreat is intended to create a supportive, safe, and respectful space for all participants.

Guests agree to:

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants
• Engage with kindness and compassion
• Honor personal boundaries

The Host reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the retreat environment.

Media Release

During the retreat, photos or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for Amber Waves Creative LLC to use photos or videos that may include them in marketing materials.

If a participant prefers not to be photographed, they may notify the host in writing prior to the retreat.

Retreat Itinerary Changes

Camp Wild Spirit Retreat reserves the right to alter retreat programs and itineraries due to weather, road conditions or other circumstances. These programs may be changed or cancelled at any moment due the trip to assure the safety of our guests and staff. No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules or other similar causes. Camp Wild Spirit Retreat do not assume responsibility for accidents or deaths that can be traced to the participants’ negligence, acts of third parties or exterior circumstances such as weather, natural occurrences, ware or other similar causes.

Acceptance of Risk

The Guest acknowledges that the nature of the retreat is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of personal risk. The Guest hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release Camp Wild Spirit Retreat from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. At the time of payment, the Guest is required to review and agree to Camp Wild Spirit Retreat’s RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.

Severability

In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason than such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.Agreement

By registering for The Universe Within Retreat, the participant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this agreement
• Accept the payment and cancellation policies
• Voluntarily agree to participate
