Begin our day together with a heart-opening cacao circle to set intentions and connect with the group.
ASTROLOGY WORKSHOPS
Dive into your birth chart, explore how the stars can show up in your life, and understand yourself, and others, more deeply.
NOURISHING LUNCH
Enjoy a nourishing, healthy lunch that fuels your body and keeps your energy flowing.
MOVEMENT + BREATHWORK + MEDITATION
Move your body, tune into your energy with guided breathwork and somatic practices.
SOUND JOURNEY + CLOSING CIRCLE
Close the day with a restorative sound bath, integrating everything you’ve experienced, felt, and discovered throughout the retreat.

Hi, I’m Amber Waves,
Astrologer and Intuitive Business + Life Coach
Ever since I was a little girl, sitting on my fence and singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star while gazing at the night sky, I have felt this connection with the stars.
Astrology has been a compass through some of life’s heaviest seasons that I come back to again and again. From navigating burnout and losing connection to my identity.
I teach Western Astrology while sprinkling bits of ancient Vedic wisdom and other astrological systems. This fusion creates more of a full-spectrum view of your cosmic blueprint.
I am devoted to guiding humans to not only understand your birth chart, but also how to integrate these insights in your life. My intention is to provide this sacred space to help you reclaim aspects of yourself, deepen your intuition, and live in harmony with your unique cosmic design.

Sound + Reiki Practitioner and Therapist
Emily offers grounded, intuitive space for emotional and energetic healing. In circle, she brings quiet presence and deep respect for each woman’s inner wisdom.
Her work is deeply rooted in connection to nature and supported by intuitive practices like sound healing, Reiki, Tarot, and guided visualization.
She’ll be facilitating an activity to help us go within and a restorative sound journey to help us reflect and integrate our experience.

Once your payment is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details and address for the retreat.

We’ll send you a short questionnaire where you’ll enter your birth data and any dietary preferences.

The week of the retreat, you’ll receive access to astrology videos to watch before the retreat. Watch them at your own pace so you can come ready to dive in, ask questions, and fully experience the day.

Now all that's left to do is to pack and get excited for your new adventure. Bring your reuseable water bottle, fave mug for cacao, yoga mat, bolster, props, blanket, meditation pillow or pillow to sit on the ground (feel free to use a chair if getting on the ground if difficult for you)
