Aerial Yoga Hammock and Yoga Trapeze Classes ~ each class offers clear instruction, options, and space to move in a way that honors your body.

You’ll build a strong foundation with your yoga swing while exploring strength, mobility, and somatic awareness.

I teach in-person classes at Zen Zone in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and host occasional pop-up classes at Versailles State Park.

  • No prior experience is required! These classes are designed for all levels and beginner-friendly.

    You’ll receive step-by-step instruction, modifications, and support as you build a strong foundation with your yoga hammock or trapeze.

    More intermediate and advanced classes will be specified, and only open to students who has had class with me or feel confident exploring this practice deeper.

  • Yes, you are encouraged to listen to your body and only do what feels safe. Modifications are offered, and I can provide guidance to help you practice within your abilities. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

  • Yes! Reach out to me directly to inquire about private 1:1 or small group sessions. I bring all the equipment needed.
