In this series of Aerial Yoga Flow classes, each class offers clear instruction, options, and space to move in a way that honors your body.

You’ll build a strong foundation with your yoga swing while exploring strength, mobility, and somatic awareness.

No prior experience required. Receive feedback and guidance throughout the live classes to elevate your practice.

Cultivate presence in your body, breath, and energy as you move. Space to tap into your body’s sacred intelligence.

Optional community circle after each class to reflect, share, and connect with fellow classmates after each class.

  • No prior experience is required! These classes are designed for all levels and beginner-friendly.

    You’ll receive step-by-step instruction, modifications, and support as you build a strong foundation with your yoga hammock or trapeze.

  • Each class is recorded and available for 72 hours, so you can catch up at a time that works for you.

  • You’ll need either an aerial yoga hammock or yoga trapeze that’s safely installed. A yoga mat underneath is recommended, and props like a blanket or eye mask can enhance savasana at the end of class.

    Be sure to watch my “Before You Fly” videos to help you prepare for your first class.

  • Yes, you are encouraged to listen to your body and only do what feels safe. Modifications are offered, and I can provide guidance to help you practice within your abilities. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

  • These classes are designed for adults. If younger students are interested, reach out to discuss safety and supervision requirements.
